Show contract status on Transfer Contracts screen

On the Transfer Contracts screen, display the contract status instead of the 'Status of Tender Process' column when transferring contracts from Project Owners or Heads of Department. During a restructure, staff transferring contracts need to see the current state of each contract itself, not the state of its tender process, to know what they are taking over.
